In addition, we use cookies, analytics services, and social media plugins when you visit our website. More detailed information on this can be found in Sections 4, 5, 6, and 7 of this Data Policy.

As an event organizer, we may need to send you essential information relating to the event, such as schedule changes or safety recommendations. This information is sent to the email address you provided when purchasing your ticket from the ticket provider.

Reference checks may also be conducted based on Article 6.1(f) GDPR (legitimate interests). This applies both to the contact details of referees and the information they provide about the applicant. Referees must be informed of our processing of their personal data.
f) Business partners
For business partners and potential partners, we process the identification and contact details of contact persons, as well as company invoicing details, for the purpose of entering into or preparing to enter into an agreement. The legal basis for this processing is Article 6.1(b) GDPR (performance of a contract).

For contact persons or representatives of other organizations/companies, we may also process your identification data to comply with legal obligations, particularly tax and auditing requirements related to documentation and record-keeping. Such processing is based on Article 6.1(c) GDPR (legal obligation).
3) Does Nordic Exhibitions & Events share your personal data?
Your personal data is only shared by Nordic Exhibitions & Events when necessary and in the cases described below. No transfer of your personal data to third parties will take place for purposes other than those listed here. We require all third parties to respect the security of your personal data and to process it in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
We transfer personal data to third parties in the following cases:
- Co-organizers: When required to carry out an event together with a co-organizer, in accordance with Article 6.1(f) GDPR (legitimate interest). We have a legitimate interest in sharing personal data with a co-organizer to ensure that the event is delivered in the best possible way. We only share the data necessary for this purpose.
- Cookies: When using cookies, as described in Section 4 below. Such transfers are based on consent in accordance with Article 6.1(a) GDPR. For cookies required to perform the electronic communication process or to provide certain essential website functions, transfers are based on Article 6.1(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).
- Analytics tools: When using analytics services, as described in Section 5 below. Transfers of cookies for analytics purposes are based on consent in accordance with Article 6.1(a) GDPR. When using analytics tools from Meta (Facebook) that rely on data other than cookies, transfers are carried out on the basis of our legitimate interest in providing product recommendations and conducting marketing activities in accordance with Article 6.1(f) GDPR. Transfers to third countries may occur when using our analytics tools and cookie management (see more under Third-Country Transfers below).
- Social media plugins and services: When using social media plugins as described in Section 6 below, and when using other services described in Section 7 below. Transfers of personal data to third parties for the purpose of providing such plugins or services are based on Article 6.1(f) GDPR (legitimate interest). Use of social media plugins and Onetrust services may involve transfers to third countries (see more under Third-Country Transfers below).
- Legal obligations: We may share personal data with relevant authorities to comply with legal obligations, particularly tax and auditing requirements. Such transfers are based on Article 6.1(c) GDPR (legal obligation).
Third-country transfers
Some third parties with whom we share personal data may be located outside the EU/EEA. In such cases, we take steps to ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your rights under this Data Policy. This is necessary as countries outside the EU/EEA are not bound by the GDPR, which may present an increased privacy risk for you as a data subject.
Personal data transferred to the United States is protected by the European Commission’s adequacy decision under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Data is only transferred to U.S. recipients certified under this framework.
If data is transferred to other countries outside the EU/EEA, such transfers are based either on an applicable adequacy decision or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), which can be found here: https://eur-lex.europa.eu/eli/dec_impl/2021/914/oj.
4) Cookies
When you visit our website, a cookie banner will appear to inform you that we use cookies and other tracking technologies to improve your experience, including for web analytics and interest-based marketing. You may set your cookie preferences and object to the use of certain cookies. The data processing relating to cookies is described in detail below.
As stated in the cookie banner, you consent to the use of cookies by clicking the “I Accept” button. By doing so, you confirm that you have read and understood our Data Policy and consent to cookies being stored on your device.
The legal basis for our cookie processing is consent in accordance with Article 6.1(a) GDPR. You may withdraw your consent at any time, in whole or in part, which will affect future storage of cookies. Options for managing this are described below.
Our use of cookies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser. They do not harm your computer or contain viruses. Cookies help make our website more user-friendly, efficient, and secure.
Most of our cookies are session cookies, which are automatically deleted at the end of your visit. Other cookies (persistent cookies) remain stored on your device until you delete them manually. These allow us to recognize your browser when you return to our website.
You can configure your browser to notify you when a cookie is placed and to allow cookies only in specific cases, to block cookies altogether, or to automatically delete cookies when closing the browser. However, disabling cookies entirely may limit the functionality of our website.
Cookies necessary for the electronic communication process or to provide certain essential functions are stored on the basis of Article 6.1(f) GDPR (legitimate interest). The website operator has a legitimate interest in storing cookies to ensure the technically flawless and optimized provision of its services. Any other cookies (e.g., those used to analyze browsing behavior) are processed separately as described in this Data Policy.
Adjusting your cookie settings
You can review and modify your cookie preferences at any time using [this link] or via your browser settings:
- Microsoft Edge
- Chrome
- Firefox
- Safari
Most browsers are initially set to accept cookies automatically. You may disable the storage of cookies in your browser at any time or delete them from your hard drive. However, without cookies, the functionality of our website may be limited.
Categories of cookies
We categorize cookies based on their function and purpose:
- Strictly necessary cookies
These are required for the operation of the website and cannot be disabled in our systems. You may set your browser to block or alert you about these cookies, but some parts of the site will not function without them. - Performance cookies
These allow us to count visits and traffic sources so we can measure and improve website performance. They help us understand which pages are most and least popular and how visitors move around the site. All information collected is aggregated. If you do not allow these cookies, we will not know when you have visited our site. - Functional cookies
These enable enhanced functionality and personalization, either set by us or by third-party providers whose services we have integrated. If you do not allow these cookies, some or all of these services may not function properly.
Targeted cookies
These cookies are set on our website by our advertising partners. They may be used by these companies to build a profile of your interests and show you relevant advertisements on other websites. If you do not allow these cookies, you will experience less targeted advertising.
The technical specifications of these cookies are displayed in our cookie banner.
5) Analytics tools
a) Tracking technologies
We use tracking technologies to ensure demand-driven development and optimization of our website. We also use tracking technologies to record and evaluate the use of our website and to optimize our offerings for you.
Details regarding the purposes of data processing and categories of data can be found in the corresponding tracking tools.
b) Google analytics
To enable needs-based design and continuous optimization of our webpages, we use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. (https://www.google.com/intl/en/about/) (“Google”). In this context, pseudonymized usage profiles are created and cookies (see Section 4) are used.
The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website, such as:
- browser type/version,
- operating system used,
- referrer URL (previously visited webpage),
- host name of the accessing computer (IP address), and
- time of server request,
is transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. The information is used to analyze website usage, compile reports on website activity, and provide other services relating to website activity and internet usage, including for market research and the tailored design of these webpages. In some cases, this information may be passed on to third parties.
Transfers occur through cookies that you, as a visitor, have consented to. Under no circumstances will your IP address be associated with other data from Google. IP addresses are anonymized to prevent direct association (IP masking).
You can also prevent Google from collecting data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) as well as Google’s processing of this data by downloading and installing the following browser add-on: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
If you are using a mobile device, you can prevent data collection by changing your device settings. In doing so, an opt-out cookie is created to prevent future data collection when visiting this site. The opt-out cookie applies only to this browser, only to our website, and is stored on your device. If you delete cookies in your browser, you will need to set a new opt-out cookie.
For desktop, you can install the Google Analytics Opt-out add-on: https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/181881.
Further information on data protection in connection with Google Analytics can be found here: https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/partners/.
c) Google AdWords conversion tracking and remarketing
To evaluate the use of our website and optimize data analysis, we also use Google AdWords Conversion Tracking. Google AdWords places a cookie (see Section 4) on your computer when you arrive at our website via a Google ad.
These cookies expire after 30 days and are not intended for personal identification. If the user visits certain pages on an AdWords customer’s website and the cookie is still valid, Google and the customer can recognize that the user clicked on the ad and was redirected to the website.
AdWords customers all receive different cookies. Cookies cannot therefore be tracked across AdWords customer websites. The information collected by conversion cookies is used to generate conversion statistics for AdWords customers who have opted into conversion tracking. Customers are informed of the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a site with a conversion tracking tag, but they do not receive information that personally identifies users.
If you do not want to participate in tracking, you can refuse the cookie required for tracking by selecting the appropriate setting in your browser—for example, by disabling the automatic placement of cookies. You can also disable cookies for conversion tracking by blocking cookies from the domain www.googleadservices.com. Google’s data protection information on conversion tracking is available here: services.google.com/sitestats/en.html.
More information about Google AdWords data processing can be found here:
Google AdWords: https://policies.google.com/privacy
We also use Google AdWords remarketing. This enables us to show interest-based ads to users who have already interacted with our website. The analysis of user interaction with our website (e.g., offers viewed) helps us display targeted ads after users leave our site. The cookies used identify a browser on a specific device, not an individual. No personal data is stored.
You can disable Google cookies at any time by downloading and installing the plugin provided here: https://www.google.com/settings/ads/plugin.
More information on Google remarketing and its privacy policy can be found at: http://www.google.com/privacy/ads/.
d) Meta pixels
We use services provided by Meta Platforms Technologies (“Meta”).
When you visit our webpages, we observe and document your usage behavior so that we can provide you with personalized recommendations. For this purpose, we process the following personal data:
- IP address,
- UUID,
- Web ID,
- device fingerprint,
- browser fingerprint,
- cookies,
- geolocation (IP address).
We process your personal data on the basis of our legitimate interest in providing product recommendations and carrying out marketing activities in accordance with Article 6.1(f) GDPR.
For processing, we use Meta Pixels, but only standard functionalities. More information on Meta Pixels and data protection can be found here: https://www.facebook.com/privacy/explanation
e) Facebook custom audiences
- Our website also uses Facebook’s Custom Audiences remarketing function. This allows users of our website to see interest-based advertisements (“Facebook Ads”) after visiting Facebook or other websites that use this feature. Our aim is to show you advertising that is relevant to you.
- The marketing tools used automatically establish a direct connection between your browser and the Facebook server. We have no influence on the scope or further use of data collected by Facebook through this tool and can only provide information based on what we know. By integrating Custom Audiences, Facebook receives the information that you have visited our website or clicked on an ad. If you are registered with Facebook, Facebook can assign this data to your account. Even if you are not registered or logged in, Facebook may still be able to identify and store your IP address and other identifiers.
- You can disable Facebook Custom Audiences here if you are logged into Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/settings/?tab=ads
The legal basis for this processing is Article 6.1(f) GDPR (legitimate interest). More information about Facebook’s data processing is available here: https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy
f) Facebook page
We also use Facebook’s platform for our Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/fkpscorpiosweden. Facebook uses cookies and collects data about how the page is used from the devices of page visitors. These cookies each have a unique ID and allow us (and Facebook) to view anonymized statistics about page usage. If you have any questions, please contact us or our Data Protection Officer.
g) TikTok
We use services provided by TikTok Technology Limited, 10 Earlsfort Terrace, Dublin, D02 T380, Ireland (“TikTok”).
We use the TikTok Pixel, a JavaScript code that allows us to track and understand your activity on our websites. The TikTok Pixel collects and processes information about you and your device (e.g., IP address, browser type, previously visited websites, date and time of server request—so-called “event data”). This enables us to measure the success of advertising campaigns. For this purpose, we use cookies to track metrics such as ad impressions, viewing times, and user clicks. If you are registered with TikTok, the information collected may also be linked to your TikTok account.
We also use TikTok’s Custom Audiences tool, which enables us to show you personalized ads when you use TikTok. For this purpose, we transfer our own pseudonymized data sets in encrypted form to TikTok for matching and audience creation. Additional audiences are generated based on interaction with our ads.
TikTok also processes data in China and the USA. These countries currently do not have an adequacy decision from the EU Commission. Transfers to the USA are based on the EU Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), which ensure adequate protection of your personal data. More information is available here: https://www.tiktok.com/legal/page/eea/transferee-countries
6) Social media plugins
On the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest), our website uses social media plugins from networks such as Facebook and Twitter to increase awareness of our business. This underlying advertising purpose is regarded as a legitimate interest under the GDPR. Responsibility for operating these plugins in compliance with data protection lies with the respective providers.
To protect visitors as much as possible, integration of these plugins follows the so-called two-click method.
a) Facebook
Our website uses plugins from Facebook to make it more personal, such as the “LIKE” and “SHARE” buttons.
When you access a page containing such a plugin, your browser connects directly to Facebook’s servers. The content of the plugin is transmitted directly to your browser and integrated into the page.
Through this, Facebook receives information that your browser has accessed the relevant page of our site, even if you do not have a Facebook account or are not logged in. This information (including your IP address) is transferred by your browser to a Facebook server in the USA and stored there.
If you are logged in to Facebook, your visit can be linked directly to your Facebook account. If you interact with the plugin—for example, by clicking “LIKE” or “SHARE”—this information is also transmitted to a Facebook server and stored there, and may be published on Facebook and shown to your friends.
Facebook may use this data for advertising, market research, and tailoring its pages to users’ needs by creating user, interest, and relationship profiles.
If you do not wish Facebook to associate data collected through our site with your Facebook account, you must log out before visiting our website.
More details on the purpose and scope of data collection and further processing by Facebook, as well as your rights and settings options to protect your privacy, can be found here: https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/.
b) YouTube
We have integrated YouTube videos into our online offering, hosted at http://www.youtube.com and playable directly on our website. These are all embedded in “enhanced data protection mode,” meaning that no data is transmitted to YouTube unless you play the videos. Only when you play a video will data be transferred to YouTube. We have no influence over this transmission.
When you play a video, YouTube is informed that you have accessed the corresponding page on our website, and the data specified in section 2a of this privacy policy is also transferred. This occurs regardless of whether you are logged in to a YouTube or Google account. If logged in, the information will be associated with your account. To prevent this, log out before clicking play.
YouTube stores user profiles and uses them for advertising, market research, and tailoring its services—even for users not logged in. Such profiling is mainly used to deliver targeted advertising and inform other users of your activity. You have the right to object to such profiling, but you must contact YouTube to exercise this right.
Further details on data processing by YouTube and your rights can be found here: https://policies.google.com/privacy.
7) Other services
No other third-party services are installed.
8) Data subject rights
You have the following rights under the GDPR:
- Access (Art. 15 GDPR): The right to obtain confirmation as to whether we process your personal data, and if so, access to that data along with details about purposes, categories, recipients, storage periods, and your rights.
- Rectification (Art. 16 GDPR): The right to have inaccurate personal data corrected or incomplete data completed.
- Erasure (Art. 17 GDPR): The right to request deletion of your personal data (“right to be forgotten”) under certain conditions, e.g., if consent is withdrawn or if the data is unlawfully processed.
- Restriction (Art. 18 GDPR): The right to restrict processing under certain circumstances, e.g., if you contest the accuracy of the data or object to processing.
- Data Portability (Art. 20 GDPR): The right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format and to have it transmitted to another controller where processing is based on consent or contract.
- Objection (Art. 21 GDPR): The right to object to processing based on legitimate interest, including objection to direct marketing.
- Withdrawal of Consent (Art. 7(3) GDPR): The right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
To exercise these rights, please contact us at: contact@fkpscorpioentertainment.se.
9) Complaints
Under Article 77 GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Sweden, this is the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY). Contact details can be found below.
10) Data retention
We only retain personal data for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law.
- Accounting records: 7 years from the end of the financial year.
- Job applications: 2.5 years after receipt.
- Customer data: 3 years from purchase date.
Retention periods are determined based on the type, sensitivity, and purpose of the data, as well as legal obligations.
11) Data security
When visiting our website, we use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption in combination with the highest level supported by your browser, usually 256-bit encryption. If not supported, 128-bit v3 technology is used. You can recognize encrypted pages by the key or lock symbol in your browser.
We also implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your data from manipulation, loss, destruction, or unauthorized access. These measures are continuously updated in line with technological development.
12) Validity and changes to this privacy policy
This privacy policy is effective as of August 2025.
Due to ongoing development of our website, new services, or changes in legislation, updates to this policy may be required. If significant changes are made, you will be informed in advance via our website or email. The current version is always available here: https://www.fkpscorpio.se.
